Morrissey has finished his new album, according to fan site True To You.Polydor Records will release 'Years of Refusal' in the UK in September, and features 12 Jerry Finn produced tracks.Prior to this, Sony BMG are issuing a remastered version of 'Southpaw Grammar'.
